  • CSGC - National Identity

The Center for Service and Global Citizenship partners with the International Student Alliance to support and celebrate the diverse and complex national identities of our community. We traditionally celebrate the opening of school with a flag procession ceremony to celebrate our national identities and we have other opportunities throughout the year for students to share stories, discuss current events, and process international tragedies and challenges. Below, please list any countries (outside of the United States) that you identify with and the way in which you identify with that country. Some examples of ways in which you might identify with a country or multiple countries are that you hold a passport from that country, live there, and/or the culture of that country factors into the culture of your household- typically because one or both parents/guardians are from that country.
  • Dean of Ethical and Spiritual Life - Religious Affiliation

At Deerfield, we are eager to support the spiritual development and religious life of all community members. Throughout the year, we traditionally offer transportation and access to religious observances/ services, speakers of faith visiting campus, multi-faith seminars and events, fellowship gatherings, and other ways to explore, develop or practice a diversity of faith traditions.
